Hmmm. Yup, everyone is a social media "expert." Hey, what else can ad folks and dig-heads talk about -- radio or the death of FLASH? So we hear the same old same old blather about listening to and building "conversations" (even my agency has gotten on board with the white paper thing.)
But, lets stay tuned into the fact that many of the tools are in early stage. And, we haven't had much time to really figure it all out. Hey, twitter was sorta unknown last December (note, we did our first twitter campaign for the Oregon State fair last August -- follow the giant tomato that was on tour.)
So relax. Get more experience. Experiment using your client's or your own money. Think much HARDER. The smart ones always win.
