Wry Humor Eradicates Dull Pre-Flight AIrline Video
Somewhere there's an unwritten rule that pre-flight airline safety videos have to be dull, dry and utterly boring. Anomoly, working for Virgin America, thought otherwise when it created this witty, animated film that lobs subtle jabs at both th officiousness of airlines and the stupidity of some passengers without going over the fairly wel established line drawn in the sand regarding airline videos. Very nice work. We hope other airlines inject some wit into their boring pre-flight videos as well.

Did you mean "dull?" Otherwise, are you making a distinction between witty and droll?
Beautiful animation style.
Droll? Airline videos? Do you know the meaning of the word droll? Ok, so you've given up on spelling, apostrophes and the whole there/their thing. Don't give up on the actual meanings of words.
I LOVE IT!
I seem to recall Independence Air had a "humorous" pre-flight video, also, where Ann Coulter addressed the right side of the plane, and James Carville the left. Yep, they sure were a funny airline. They even had a stand-up comic doing "airline humor" at the gates in Dulles. Ho, ho, what a funny day they had in bankruptcy court.
I'm rather fond of the video used by Icelandair. Nattily dressed flight attendants strolling confidently through an airport discussing the plane's safety features in perfect Received Pronunciation. Like everything with that airline, a touch of the good ol' days when flying had class, I guess.
South African Airways also has a cartoon for a video. The intonation and content are the usual dour droning, but the caricatures of some of S. Africa's various ethnic groups are rather interesting, and it gets mildly funny when they apparently start getting on each other's nerves during the video and start giving each other dirty looks.
So, not all airline videos are dull. (And yes, I do think you meant dull, since droll means "humorous.")
