Belgian Senate Candidate Offers 40,000 Blowjobs
Belgian NEE party senate candidate, Tania Derveaux, in an effort to thwart the efforts of candidates who were making what she claims to be ridiculous job opportunity promises, launched a campaign in which she posed nude and promised she'd create 400,000 new jobs. Men, being who men are, immediately responded to the campaign by emailing Tania to ask her for a blowjob. (Hey, it's got the word "job" in it after all.)
Ever the one to capitalize on the chance at more publicity for her cause, Tania plans to oblige her supporter's wishes and has promised to offer 40,000 actual blowjobs to those who sign up. Humorously, she's offering the shy and married ones a virtual blowjob in Second Life. All one has to do is sign up and agree to the terms of service.
The organization's website describes NEE as "an impartial protest movement (that involves) running for senate in the Belgian elections of June 10th 2007." The goal is to detract enough votes from legitimate candidates, assigning them to empty parliament seats which takes money and power away from parties and turns the power to the people who can sanction other politicians.
Tania has calculated it will take her 500 days to travel around the world performing her duties giving 80 blowjobs each day. Right. Well, you have to give them points for humor. See the TOS.

This campaign sooo confusing:
1. The NEE website says that voting for NEE will detract votes from legitimate candidates, assigning them to empty parliament seats which takes money and power away from parties and turns the power to the people who can sanction other politicians.
2.In a press release yesterday NEE declares that their campaign is actually not a campaign, because they will motivate voters to vote for a political party, not for NEE.
3. According to Bruno (see above comment) the whole campaign is actually a viral for a movie directed by Tania...

If she was really smart she could do it some other better more mature way. That is just embarassing for me as a female. I can convince a person to vote for me with proof that I will make a better life for my people. I think it is a shame that she sells herself that way. That not REAL woman brain power. What will she do in a serious situation, give a blow job?
