It appears that the actual title Bing writes about is "Advertising Executive" not "Advertising Account Executive" as you state on your blog. There are plenty of Executive Creative Directors out there that have bullshit jobs. Not to mention Bing seems to be referring to advertising jobs in general. Give AE's some fucking credit Steve.
