Milk Makes Pretty Game, Tests Willingness to Wait, We Fail
A tip-off from Frederik Samuel: Goodby, Silverstein and Partners put together this visually lush site for Milk called Get the Glass.
We love the attention to detail and the character mix but by the time we got to the game (which we looked forward to playing until the countdown lag) we were antsy out of our minds.
Did you guys have to start the preloading countdown at, like, 80? What were you thinking? Once it got to 55 and we realized you were serious, we had already decided we would build our own toy wonderland in the duration and torch it out of vengeance.

After the initial load the clock becomes quicker based on your connection.
This is probably the most horrible engineering ever. I would love to see their analytics report.
Wait...that probably would take about three days to load.
That was so frustrating. It looks so nice, and the idea is so good, but the dice barely turns, so I rolled a 1 almost every time, the "interactive chase" is impossible to win... I ended up in jail every time. SO FRUSTRATING.
this is the gayest site i have seen to date. i mean, come on. it's so hard to load and once you do its like playing 1992 MYST, but its worse.
I cant stand waiting for eye-candy. Give me something meaninful. Great idea generated by the over indulging boys at Goodby, Great job boys. It surely sucks.
it's a wait but worth checking out. nice detail and killer design but not as good as Brittelactica Planet in Need. that was a killer concept. check it out for yourself

I wanted to view this site, but despite being on a fast work connection the experience went: preload, go to intro animation preload, go to game board preload, exit site. I tried it out at home with more success, only to get into the game and wonder why I was playing a board game on the internet. I guess it's a step better than playing Monopoly alone, but then again, in the latter I don't have to wait to roll.

I checked it out 2 days ago and it loaded forever. I think they changed servers or something. It works just fine for me. It's a cool game. As cool as planetinneed.com? Not sure.
Not sure what you bozos are all complaining about. The site loaded in seconds and it's fun.
This game was actually fun Only problem is that the dice is hard to roll so vitually I was always rolling a 1 that sucks also there are some parts of the game are confusing i.e the maze and the little girl with flowers on her head all in all I recomend it if you are between 5-18yrs of age
Uh, nice design but that's worthless because it's an annoying game. I never got past the beginning where you have :30 in the truck to get to some finish line. I think the game speed was too slow for the game clock. Sucky.
