Firefox Gets Crop Circle Love
There's nothing more powerful that a Firefox lover. OK, maybe an Apple lover but they're both freaks anyway. Ariel tells us a bunch of Firefox lovers in Oregon went out an created a crop circle in the shape of the Firefox logo. A team of 12 people did it in 24 ours and it's 220 feet in diameter. If you want all the nitty gritty details on how they accomplished the task, it's all here ad-nauseam.

can someone please tell me what makes firefox so freakin' awesome? i don't find it any easier to work with than safari and it seems to be far more prone to little quirks and slowdowns. is there something i'm missing here?
Yes. You're using a Mac:-)
Steve...don't be a hater. You love your PC and that's great - lil sick, but we all have our faults. You can NOT in any possible way refute the fact that Macs are more stable, easier to use, and require 1000x less maintenance than any PC.
As for Firefox...I agree with 't'. I have tried it and it's a hog on memory use. The only real difference is that Safari has not been accepted as one of the browsers deemed necc. for developers time when building sites.
Long live the FrEaKS!
Safari : Firefox :: flank steak : filet mignon
I haven't seen any safari crop circles.
The trouble is that Safari isn't available for PCs. Firefox is platform independant -- and very useful in that way. Not to mention the fact that for anyone running Windows or Linux (which is most of the world), it is by far the best browser on the market.

The reason why Firefox rox my sox is because of TABBED BROWSING. I use a Mac and I HATE Safari.
Fuck
Every art director I've ever worked with goes on and fucking on about the MAC as if it was some shrine to "The God of Jobs." Jesus, get over it. It's just a fuckin iPod with a big screen. Personally, I work on a fucking giant Cray in orbit on my space station. And the girl with the big tits that Steve is always posting is my personal assistant. Get over that MAC weirdos!!!
Cheers/George
