Fake Hands Placed In Bags To Warn Of PickPocketing
To call attention to pockpocketing, Brussels Airlines resorted to a sort of anti-pickpocketing campaign and placed fake, rubber hands inside un-attended bags. Aside from the fact most people would freak out and scream if they came back to their bag and found a hand inside, we're guessing airport security wouldn't be too happy with this marketing scheme. Not to mention the possibility of those inserting the hands accidentally finding themselves faced with a bag full of explosives or some other nasty find. Still, we have to admit this is very effective at getting attention. LG&F came up with the idea.

I like it. If they placed there hand in it and the bag blew up, well, then that could be used as a campaign outlining the hazards of pick-pocketing.
I like it. This could be used for a dating service gimmick. Hand out 50 femal hands and 50 male hands. Each hand has only one counterpart where if you touch the index fingers together, they will light up. It would be love at first "connection"....
What a hand-job.
Imagine if that were tried here! The advertisers would all end up in jail and/or sued for:
a)Accessing someone's suitcase
b)Putting something that might be a bomb in someone's suitcase
c)Scaring someone to death when they open their suitcase and find the hand.
