We're Not Covering This, You Viral Spammers
This is at least the 4th email we have received about this viral supposedly created by Subway:
"Somebody claiming to be Jason wrote:
One of my friend's forwarded me this link. I haven't heard anything about it so I thought I'd share.

Seems Subway is doing some kind of video site aimed at teens. it's called SA. The content ranges; some of it is pretty funny. And it looks like they give away Subway gift certificates and other prizes too.
Just thought I'd share."
Yea, Jason. Of course you thought you'd share. You and all the other people being paid to spread this thing around. It's not even good enough to warrant sharing.

Jarrod would NOT approve!
As a WOMMA member, it's bad and wrong on so many levels -- but the line "I haven't heard anything about it so I thought I'd share." reminds me of that spoiled milk joke:
"UUUUGGGGH! This tastes AWFUL! Try it."
found over 100 WOM sucks entries (blogs)in past 90 days. is WOM the new SPAM?
it's so much of the "I'm so cheap I sqweak" crapola that spoils the whole enchilada for the suckup wom worms. give me a good viral and it lives as wom. standard wom is like am radio, some value but mucho garbage.
Oh lord, what agency is cooking this up? Someone just did the same thing with the upcoming Perfect Dark Zero game. They spammed all the major game sites, with basically the same message of how Wal-Mart's were going to get Xbox 360 kiosk disk updates with the new game on them. And the messages all got tracked back to the same IP address.
Anyone track down these subway emails?
they seem to have reached their goal, since adrants posted about it and we're all discussing it.
am i allowed to be earnest on a blog? because, sketchy emails notwithstanding, i think the actual content is hilarious. brings me back to the only time i ever actually laughed out loud at my desk: while watching a wassssssup clip.
this stuff blows. not funny, not funny at all.
Vlad and Spin are kind of funny...almost. All else sucks....
