The ad leads with the Paris Hilton video then says that they have DVDs on sale for $4.99, with a caveat that the Paris Hilton *video* is not included in the sale.

I don't think they intend to tell you that Miss Hilton herself isn't included.

How did the Paris Hilton video even get out? Did she let this happen? Even so i don't see what's so great about watching some semi famous person have sex with some random guy! People need to get a hobby!

I think it is obvious that people associate Paris Hilton with porn that is okay to talk about, and the video itself although many say is not that good, is actually a rather innocent trist in the sack with a couple of people who happen to be celebrities.
I think it is sad that the ad is deceptive about the price, they could just as easily make a special of buying the hilton video, and getting an additional title for $4.99.
The colors of the ad are well done, and it is really just another ad that will work.
