TRYING TO HELP THE WORK FORSE FOR DISABLED, COME BACK TO LIFE!

Ty Pennington I need your help! You do a lot for a lot of people. I’ve spent my hole life working on this, with on progress. I’ve worked on this project for the past seven years or more. I go out with family or friends, with in the group, there are two to three or more wheelchairs. And all the rooms in the motels we go to are to small. There is know room for two ore more wheelchairs to move around in. Lit me tell you a little about what I've gone through. I've written to Department of Rehabilitation, The small business barrow, The small business information Center, all the news networks, Opera, the White House and the Governor and other government peoples about this. But the little responses that I did get was, that they couldn't help me, the project was to big. I think it has to be big for what all it’s going to give us, being disabled to work and vacations. I’ve been told that our government mite help with there. But I can’t seem to find it! I have two lots in mind. The city were I want this to happen go up. I have the plans for the place all written out. Lit me tell you a little more and see what you think of all of this. God gave me this dream for a reason, will you help me make this a reality. This is my dream and my own idea.


The dollar amount of grant funding you are requesting?
It will all depend on the size of the land, the place, all the material to build the place, to furnish this place, handicap chairs and walkers, etc., the pay for the employees for a few months or so and any other necessary needs for this to become a reality.

What your program/project does?
It gives people that are a little less fortunate then others, who may have some problems physically and/or mentally. It is a place to get away, relax, enjoy and have some fun. This place will be very handicap friendly for those in need. A lot more then any other hotels or motels will ever provide at this time. It is a get away and much more.

Who it serves?
It accommodates everybody who likes to got away, from disabled to non disabled, from physically challenged to the every day Joe.

Why this program/project is important to the community?
This will bring in a lot more jobs for every body who is disabled or not. It is very important for those who cannot do things like most people. This place will have more opportunities for many people. This place will have a park, wedding place, swimming pools and so many other things for those who are able to get out and enjoy life!

Any unique features or benefits of your program/project?
There is a lot of benefits for all. There will be a lot more people with jobs; I strongly encourage the disabled people to work at this retreat. This place will have all benefits for the disabled. Example: the pools bathtubs, ramps, vehicles, rooms and so much more...

Specifically how the funding will be used?
First I will need the money for the land to build this place on. Then the build it self, this is 2 stories, it is sublevel. I would like funding for all the furniture, supplies and vehicles. I would also like the funding for all of the employees and staff, to last a while until this place gets up and running on its own.

Our government makes it hard for people like me, disabled to start up something that we love, Working and helping others, and I would like to see this dream come true. This place is wanted. Disabled people and people that are willing to work. . There's no place like this in the world. I cannot get any loans from the bank because, I do not have a job or even collateral or even a car. I know this will work. I know that they will not have to do that, because this will work for the better, giving people jobs, to give special people who have special needs jobs. This will also help the state making more money. If we can work together on this I think it will show that the HANDECAPED can give something back to the world. Once this place gets up and going, I'll also have a special funding started for others to help out, to make there dreams of businesses become to a reality! I will not give up on my dreams! This is on big thing for the disabled, I hope you can help us. We need this. Being on a fixed income wont lit me do this my self!!! So I'm hopping you will give me the chance to show the world that we can work just as hard as all others. I‘ve come this close, this far and I am determined to do this.

My school(Herkimer Elemantary School) is trying to make the world a better place by going green. To do this we need energy efficent light bulbs. The problem is we don`t have money to buy them. I would love it if you could help us help save the world one light bulb at a time!

Im writing to you today to ask if you know of any programs to help people who are loosing there homes to the bank,let me explain.
My husband works very hard but i lost my job and we fell behind on the morgage badly, and with three boys its hard to catch up on bills, but were trying but its not working out. We are not asking for handouts just help. The hurt look on my husbands face that were loosing everything dear to us is killing him. Please help...thank you

dear ty im a single parent of three children an i have been so depress , where i live my landlord cut off the heat an me an my children are very cold because its winter time . i dont lost my job because my kids where getting very sick an i dint have anyone to take care of them. i have been struguling an i cnt take this anymore i dnt know what to do. i have try to get but nothing seems to work. my children are still very small to understand my situation . pleased ty Can U HELP ME , my dream it to have a four bedroom house for me an my kids an better school an safe place. god bless u, my story is very long so ill just stop here.

Her daughter who is 27 tries her best to take care of her but at times it is very overwhelming. They live in a trailer and the doors aren't wide enought to get wheel chair thru nor is the bathromm area easy to get to. She has to be lifted to get in the tub and at times it is just too much for her daughter. Please if you can do anything it would be deeply appreciated. Oh, they both watch your show and love you to death. Please reach out to this family and make their dreams come true.
