Shoe Fetish? Go Shoetube

We heard about this guy at our local mall who, under the guise of shoe shopping for his wife, convinced women to let him examine their shoes up close. Then, while they were primping and posing for him, he’d tear their shoes off and start sucking on their toes.

Eventually, this man was caught.

We’re bringing this up because in early ’08, Shoetube.tv will be launching.

“ShoeTube.tv is by and for shoe lovers,” says CEO Joel Olicker of Powderhouse Productions, the folks behind the site.

“In addition to highly entertaining original shoe programming, ShoeTube.tv will feature user and brand-generated content, articles on footwear news and trends, blogs from the top fashion commentators, and social networking – all geared toward women’s ongoing passionate love affair…with shoes!”

And creepy lurkers’ ongoing passionate love affairs … with their feet.

Anywho, Nine West will serve as one of the first sponsors.
