Reebok Goes After Top Highschool Athelete For Endoresement Deal

Reebok is chasing highschool basketball star LeBron James in hopes he will sign with the sneaker giant for a marketing deal. James is said to be the top NBA draft pick in next month’s lottery.

Some say James has the potential to be the next Michael Jordan. And when the stakes are that high, marketers will do anything to get a piece of that. Of course, Reebok, is not alone in it’s quest to sign James. Nike and Adidas are also in the running.

May the best sneaker company win. [via Boston Globe]
