Lady Lashes Out Against Ubiquitous Yogurt Advertising

yogurt-women.jpg

We take it for granted that most ads are full of shit most of the time, but every once in awhile you need to take a whole industry to task. This video does that for the woman-targeting yogurt peddlers.

“Yogurt eaters come from every race, but just one socio-economic class: the class that wears gray hoodies. It’s that ‘I have a Masters, but then I got married’ look!”

For the record, I eat yogurt all day long. In my underpants. With other women that are also wearing underpants. We like to see who can purr the longest after the spoon leaves our mouths. Ever try making sex sounds with a mouthful of Yoplait and peach bits? It’s a dirty job with not a few risks, including choking, dribbling and potential loss of dignity.

Oh — and that bowel-turning feeling that follows marathon yogurt consumption? Don’t be fooled by perceived discomfort; it’s a fringe benefit. Ask our yogurt-licking buddy Jamie.
