If Birds Pooped Candy

Created 15 months ago by Weiden + Kennedy and directed by Buck Production, this “epic rock opera” for Coke Zero features “a singing bear, candy-pooping birds, an elk with sausage antlers, g-string wearing antelopes and honeycomb encrusted sheep.”

And after a long 15 months, the spot has finally aired. In Brazil. Because awesomeness like this never makes its way to America.

Like an animated Disney movie, our main character breaks into song (sounding a bit like Meatloaf) extolling the unbelievable wonders of great combinations like…salmon growing from a tree, a rainbow that’s also a slide, sheep that grow honey comb hides, antelopes that dance, bears that tear off pants and, yes, birds that poop candy.

Oh, and let’s not forget the most important great combination of all: real Coke taste and zero sugar.

This commercial is full of quirky happiness. It’s even happier than the Happiness Factory. We love it.
