What is Cisco SPice? Its a direct copy of Old Spice’s response video campaign which garnered 40 million views. How many views did Cisco’s one day effort get? 2,750 views from 18 different videos in the first 24 hours. Can you say fail?

Megan O’Neill can and she does so at great length in a post on SocialTImes. Read and learn, people. Read and learn.

I’m 73 and I made the mistake of telling my daughter I was lonely and she immediately started researching senior centers and activity groups and volunteer opportunities — and what I wanted to say was I don’t need a schedule, I need someone to sit with me on a Tuesday and not try to fix the fact that I’m sad

I’m 73 and I eat dinner alone every night at a table set for one – and the first time I stopped apologising for it and actually enjoyed the silence, I understood something about solitude that most people spend their whole lives getting wrong
