Adrants Defends Coverage of Huge McDonald’s Story

kimbigmac.jpg

Dear AdFreak,

Say what? Adrants not interested in a story about McDonald’s hanging with celebrities to celebrate the 40th birthday of the McDonald’s Bic Mac? Not interested in Lauren Condrad and Kim Kardashian bulging out of her top from all sides? Not interested in writing a story purely for gratuitous reasons? Not interested in offering up an image of Kim Kardashian over which horny male ad sluts can drool and then nonchalantly excuse themselves to the men’s room?

AdFreak, McDonald’s is a huge brand. The 40th birthday of the Big Mac is a huge deal. This is a huge marketing story. Kim Kardashin’s breasts are…oops…got distracted there for a bit. How dare you assume we wouldn’t be interested in a huge story like this one? Here at Adrants, we are dedicated, upstanding journalists who value our worth to the advertising industry and take it upon ourselves to provide quality journalism. Our readers demand it. Our mission statement requires it.

How dare you malign our good name with your erroneous assumptions. I think even Bob Garfield would support us in these very important journalistic matters!

Sincerely,

Adrants
Dedicated to covering Huge marketing news.
