It's an information grab as companies wake up and realize their prized and proprietary information is increasingly in the hands of their very own competitors.

Good post! Does it appear to you that these businesses have a plan, like a marketing plan, or a outline of a business plan? I watch the hit and miss marketing of the Big 3 search engines and, sometimes, it is as if they do not have a clue.
